Hailstones & Meteors

It's been a day of bright sunny intervals and sudden hail showers - this was the view across the Sound of Mull to Drimnin at half past eight this morning.

When I went outside at eleven last night the sky was clear enough to spend a few minutes watching the Alpha Centaurid shooting stars.  The best was an orange meteor which shot across the Plough.
