What We Missed!

The Diary doesn't want any more pictures showing the beautiful and, at times, unusual weather Kilchoan enjoyed while we were away.  These two come from Kilchoan Early Bird, this one showing a 'red rainbow' over the Sound of Mull last Wednesday - taken at 4.30 in the morning, so we'd probably have missed it anyway.

The weather wasn't always perfect.  Kilchoan Early Bird took this picture of the two local creel fishing boats against the slipway while a storm passed over Mull.

At some point during the last week the thermometre in our front garden registered 25C - about the highest we've recorded.
