Another Sea Eagle

Walking back from the shop up the Ormsaigbeg road yesterday evening we saw this sea eagle flying in from Kilchoan Bay heading towards the ridge that runs along the back of the township, but....

....it wasn't until it was almost over the road that we saw it had something hanging from its talons.

The eagle's appearance over the shore brought a couple of seagulls up, who began to harry it.  As the eagle turned....

....we saw what appeared to be the legs of the object he was carrying.

With the seagulls continuing to harry it, the eagle completed a 360-degree turn and continued in the direction of the ridge.
