Strange Little Fish

Local fisherman Justin Cameron caught this odd-looking fish in one of his creels today, at a depth of seven fathoms.

He described it as having something that might be a sucker underneath.  It's the first time he's seen anything like it, and wants to know what it is.

A search on the internet brought up something called the small-headed clingfish, Apletodon dentatus, also called the Cornish sucker - but I may well be wrong.  There are other similar fish, but if anyone wants to check, there's a helpful link here.

Many thanks to Justin for the pictures.
