Wintery Day

We're having a day of sleet, hail, snow and everything in between, mostly in short showers which are coming in from the northwest.

Internet connection remains spasmodic after yesterday's lightning strike. We're told there is a problem are our exchange. We can make outgoing calls if we can get a dialling tone, but incoming calls don't get through - and cut the broadband signal off.

    Do you know the explanation for incoming calls cutting the broadband connection?

  3. Our router, called a Homehub, is faulty. BT is replacing it. I hope tat's the problem.
