Sea Eagles Again

Since I seem incapable of getting myself to them, the local sea eagles decided this morning to come to me, one of them flying low over the house this morning pursued, as usual, by the gulls.

I always leave my camera on a setting ready for just such an occasion, so rushed out and managed to take six pictures before this eagle disappeared behind some trees. What should have been a series of great shots were a bitter disappointment - I had left the camera on a Creative Control setting.

All that can be said of this picture is that it gives a good idea of the size of these magnificent birds.
