Bread Making

Pat Glenday at Kilchoan's University of the Highlands & Island's Kilchoan campus has been at it again, putting on another superbly successful course, this time on bread making.

The tutor for the occasion was Stella Cash who, with husband Dave, runs Meall mo Chridhe, a restaurant with rooms in Kilchoan which prides itself in the quality of its food.

The proof of the pudding, as the professor said, is always in the eating. Just LOOK at that bread!

Needless to say, the participants couldn't wait to get their gums round it. As one commented afterwards, "This was a really fun, creative and informative evening."
