With an arsenal of electronic and other equipment awaiting the return of the mink to Tom Bryson's depleted chicken runs, and no recent sign of the beast, a new weapon has been deployed in the war - a tin of the cat food 'Whiskas'. I keep telling Tom we have the answer to his mink problem,one called Broxy and one called Bruno,they are proven mink hunters.
ReplyDeleteAnd i keep trying to offer a more peaceable solution...electronics, an arsenal of weaponry and and an ever increasing need not to be outwitted by an animal provide the perfect ingredients for an Aesop's Fable...perhaps it is not until the desire for revenge has been laid aside in favour of discovering one's peace with past events, that the wise old mink will beat his retreat...knowing that yet another human has learned the lesson of forgiveness.
