BT: Last Chance to Complain

Today is the last day to get your complaints about BT's service to WACC secretary Gayle Cameron before they are forwarded to Councillor Andrew Baxter, who is arranging for Brendan Dick, Director of BT Scotland, to come to Ardnamurchan to listen to our complaints in person.

So far, Gayle has had 40 people contact her with a wide range of examples of BT's poor service - but the more she has, the better.
