Kilchoan Early Bird writes to say that the ferry he was watching finally made it round Ardnamurchan Point. It was the
Isle of Arran, not the
Hebridean Isles, and she was on her way south after replacing the
Isle of Lewis on the Ullapool-Stornoway service. The
Isle of Lewis has been off the run after developing problems with her rudder.
