Great Courses at Kilchoan Learning Centre

Pat Glenday, who runs our super education centre, has just published the propectus for this coming academic year. Not that there's anything particularly 'academic' about the wide range of courses she's offering: Basket Making, Wallpaper Hanging, Keeping Goats, Computer Skills, Plumbing, Woodworking and Bricklaying, "Sheep Parasites and How to Love Them", Marketing, Coppicing, PhotoShop.... and, as if it were possible, many more. In addition, there's courses that can be followed by distance learning from the University of the Highlands and Islands: The Diary, having sworn it would never stray back into the world of academe, has just started a UHI course on Archaeology. Wow!

The full list of courses, enquiry form and everything else you need to apply is available for download here.

If you want to talk to Pat about your needs, you can contact her at pat.glenday@whc.uhi.ac.uk or phone 01397 874 260 or 01972 510 354.
