Picture of the Day

Walking high on the slopes of Druim na Gearr Leacainn this afternoon, we stumbled upon a single plant of white heather.
This is cross-leaved heath, Erica cinerea.

    Forgive me Jon - I'm no expert by any means, but I believe this is not Erica Cinerea (Bell Heather)... maybe Erica Tetralix though?
