Although many people may not have noticed, a huge amount of work has been done on the new Kilchoan Playpark, which is located next to Kilchoan Community Centre. The groundwork has been progressing rapidly, with some fine stonework being laid.
All this work has been carried out by local, voluntary labour working in their own time at weekends and using mostly local materials, but today the serious stuff arrived, with a lorry loaded with the playpark equipment....
....which was offloaded by the Kilchoan team.
Hopefully, progress will now be rapid so the children can start enjoying a really first class facility
