This Common Lizard was found on the lower slopes of Druim na Gearr Leacainn yesterday. He wasn't exactly 'basking' in the sunshine - it had just rained, and the sun only came out weakly and briefly - nor was he particularly active - when poked, gently, he refused to move - but his presence is an indication of how warm it's been here.

February Lizard
This Common Lizard was found on the lower slopes of Druim na Gearr Leacainn yesterday.
