We all know that Sanna is a wonderful place to visit in the summer months, especially when the sun is shining and the wind has dropped, and we can spend the day at the beach relaxing, playing in the sand - even swimming! But there is something I love about Sanna when the summer season has finished. When the wind is strong, blowing in a big swell and huge waves crash onto the rocks, sending spray into the air like a geysir. When the sea turns into that dark bluey green colour, and the beach is empty of people.
I visited Sanna for a brisk walk last Saturday, and it was one of those days. It made me happy :)
