A Barbara Rock

From The Raptor:
On a wee walk down to the pier this morning I was astounded to see this....

....a Callan Dubh sized rock sitting in the middle of the slip....

....at least 18 feet away from the bank to the side - even more impressive if it's came from the seabed and been pushed up slope that far. So some people think Barbara was a bit of a damp squib. I think she had a fair set of lungs on her.

Diary Note: Dominic Cooper's weather station recorded a gust of 72mph at Swordle yesterday morning at 9.13.
