Raising Funds for the Church

The parish church in Kilchoan needs to raise tens of thousands of pounds for restoration work.  As part of the drive to raise this money, every Wednesday during June, July and August tea and scones will be served in the church between 2.00 and 4.00pm. There will also be a stall with books, DVDs, and bric-a-brac.

As part of the drive, the Annals of the Parish has been reprinted in a changed format, and this is now available to buy at the Community Centre, the Ferry Stores, and the shop at Ardnamurchan Point lighthouse - all proceeds to the restoration fund.

  1. Jon,
Could you confirm or not please:
We heard that Mr Donald Houston offered to help with funding for this project to restore our parish church & was turned down.

    regards,

    anon.
