Late Evening Sun

The road home along the peninsula can be a pleasure in the late evening sunshine. This is Camas nan Geall at nine last night.

There's a wonderful richness in the light. This view looks towards Loch Mudle from the road into Kilchoan, with the mountains on Rum just visible in the left distance.

By 9.15 the sun was just sinking below the ridge of Cathair Mhic Diarmaid. The high-blown mare's tails didn't bode well for the next morning's weather.
