We come to the Peninsula every year - the Diary feeds, comprehensively, our's and other's love of the area.

May I suggest the header on the DIARY confirms its true purpose.
ReplyDeleteThe Corran ferry is a vital element of our community life here. It is a "moving bridge". Bridges in Scotland are toll free. This should be too. Unless the true cost of the ferry 'option' is understood by Government, the prospects for its replacement with a new link - when the present vessels come to the end of their economic life, or are damaged - are remote indeed.
I read the diary every day, and holiday here every year, unfortunately i live near London so it lifts my spirits to know places like this still exist and Jon takes the time to inform us about daily life there.
