Winter's Back

After a night of heavy hailstorms, this was the view across from Ormsaigbeg to Ben Hiant this morning.

This cheerful weather comes on a day when Cara Jones and Phil Richardson of Archaeology Scotland are leading an archaeology course at the Kilchoan Learning Centre which includes some fieldwork in the hills this afternoon.

Never mind.  We can all look forward to the Italian feast this evening at the Kilchoan Hotel.  Rumour has it there's to be a chocolate fountain.  View the menu here.
