It's been a beautiful day here, with the sun out for most of the day and a steady northerly breeze. Picture looks across a croft field in Ormsaigbeg which has just been cut for haylage, towards the houses in Pier Road and Ben Hiant beyond them. Two visiting yachts are anchored at the West Ardnamurchan Jetty Association's public buoys.
The butterflies are out, if not in great numbers as the breeze is cool. This is a rather moth-eaten common blue sharing a meal with a small fly.
