A Green Walk

From The Raptor:

"On a walk on Saturday through the village it was great to see how green things were. On my way....

"....I spotted this linnet which, if I'm right, is one of a few that seem to be feeding quickly which often suggests that up in the trees there are some young on the nest.

"On the subject of young I spied this young dipper in the mill burn. As you can see it's still a bit shy and kept well hidden behind that greenery that's making the village look so alive at the moment."
