Some people might say that nowhere is more beautiful than Portuairk, particularly on a sunny day like today when the temperature soared to a dizzy 21C. Despite this, we didn't choose Portuairk for a walk but Fascadale, where....
....Mrs Diary collected the first tick of the year. Other people have commented on how many of these horrors there seem to be around already, probably because we've had such a mild winter. Another beastie which has benefitted from this is the midge, with the first of them out already.
