A History of Portuairk

Tenacious readers of the Diary will know that, every once in a while, it publishes a history of one of West Ardnamurchan's settlements.  The latest is Portuairk, a crofting township in a beautiful position on the northwestern tip io the peninsula.

The Diary is well aware that there are quite likely to be inaccuracies in what is published, as well as omissions, and hopes that those who know Portuairk far better will point them out so that this history can be improved.
