Litter Locusts Descend on Kilchoan

From Geoff Campbell:

The annual clean up took place on Monday in high spirits and glorious sunshine. The routine is now well established, starting at the Ferry Stores and sweeping along the shoreline to end up at the Kilchoan House Hotel. With over a dozen volunteers, the effect was like a swarm of locusts descending with a flurry of activity and black plastic bags. When they moved on, not a scrap of debris was left to be seen, just a pristine shoreline.

Thanks to all those who helped out and to Alayne for making the trailer available. See you next year.

  1. With many thanks to everyone for giving freely of your spare time to do this, so that others can enjoy seeing it looking tidy.
You were so lucky to have blue sky and sunshine.
