Changeable Weather

Who would have thought that earlier yesterday morning, the village was suffering from constant rain, the showers often heavy. I thought to myself: It just had to be that day didn't it?The day I had a good friend coming who I offered a paddle in the kayaks. Outside it was so murky and wet...

But then, in typical Scottish fashion, by the evening the sun was setting and the sea flat calm. My friend was so surprised that she could see the bottom of the sea floor as we paddled near to the shore toward Kilchoan Bay. The sea was a beautiful metallic blue and the hills such a warm shade - I couldn't have asked for any more.
